Old Mutual alternative investments wanted a coffee table type book celebrating their very successful fund(the housing impact fund - HIFSA)  - basically a socially responsible investment that provides housing for south africans while at the same time providing a good return for the socially conscious investor. They only had very poor quality images to work with, hence the very illustrative style, some of which was reworked photos and some of which was drawn from scratch. thank the lord for my wacom!
